Absolutely no complaints about this place. Service has been amazing both times I’ve visited. Food is steadfast and fresh. Pictured is the halibut. Don’t know if I would bother with the shrimp again. Always nice to try new fish & chips joints!

We've been vacationing in the area this week and had lunch here the other day. We ordered the 1/2 lb Haddock Special and what a treat! Best fish & chips we've ever tasted. Huge portion size and great price! We're going to go a little out of our way tomorrow to have it again before we head for home. Update: We stopped in again for lunch just as they opened and it was definitely worth it. We had a nice chat with Stephen, one of the owners, and he brought us complimentary battered shrimp to try. These were so big and plump, I believe, they took about 3-4 bites to finish. Delicious! Once again, we ordered the 1/2 pound Haddock Special. I still say, best ever! The coleslaw is the minced and creamy kind and, in my opinion, done to perfection and authentic to a fish & chips meal. Stephen explained a little bit of the history and said that his business partner, Dave, has been using the same process for 37 years. In addition to this restaurant in Fenelon Falls, they also have one in Lindsay. They have all the "right stuff" and we'll be back again when we're in the area.

Absolutely delicious! This fish and chips meal was a real treat — perfectly crispy haddock, tender scallops, and juicy shrimp, all fried to golden perfection. The freshness is unbeatable, especially with the homemade sauces and coleslaw that tied everything together beautifully. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite. It doesn’t get any fresher than this! Highly recommend the fish and chips if you are around the area, our items were Mozzarella sticks and fenelon platter!

Stopped in on Thursday had to take to go ,Steve put food on a pop case for me haddock and chips was very tasty best I’ve had in Canada . Thanks Steve see you again soon.

What a gem of a find. I stopped by with my dad at his recommendation. Literally one of the best burgers I’ve had in a restaurant in as long as I can remember. Fresh cut golden fries and beautiful pieces of fish were coming out of the kitchen. You can tell they change their oil frequently which is sincerely appreciated. The owner was friendly and a pleasure to speak with. They make their own burger patties from scratch and you can tell they put a lot of care into their food. The bun was fresh, soft, and adequately sized to the burger - these things matter! Generous portions and quick service. I’ll be back again for sure. Thank you for providing quality dishes at prices that could rival fast food.

I traveled all the way from Brantford today October 4th, 2025 just for the fish and chips its a samll place but well worth the drive for me they do an excellent job on the food here in all the fish and chip places i have been to this is by far the best out of all

All the positive reviews were bang on! Went for the first time today and can’t wait to return. I don’t like thick battered fish but my senior portion haddock & chips (side of gravy with coleslaw and homemade tartare sauce) was exceptional! Husband had grilled haddock and Caesar salad. The gentleman said his business partner has been using this batter recipe from England for years and they always use beef talo for frying which elevates the taste without being greasy. Will definitely be back to take advantage of their 1/2 lb haddock special with the bonus that they have a grilled fish option for my husband who has to stay away from fried foods. Thanks to the owners who kindly took time to have a chat with us showing their pride in their business and food. Well worth the price.

It was absolutely amazing — a perfect stop we made on our way to Kawartha. Honestly, I had the best fish and chips here. The portion was huge, enough for the two of us to share.
